Industry Groups and Affiliated Companies: Please reach out to your rooming
group coordinator for rooming allocations and guidelines. Access to the Broadmoor and Cheyenne
sub-blocks is limited to confirmed conference sponsors only—rooms at these hotels are limited
and not guaranteed. Once the sub-block is full, no additional rooms will be available.
Reservations made outside your designated sub-block are subject to cancellation by NEI
management.
Headquarters and Host Hotels
The Broadmoor is the official headquarters hotel for 2026 NEI Fall Congress. All events and
in-person check-in will take place at The Convention Center at The Broadmoor.
The Broadmoor is offering special NEI Fall Congress registrant room rates until September 15, 2026,
or when sold out. In addition, our other host hotels, Cheyenne Mountain Resort, DoubleTree
Colorado Springs, and Marriott properties also have designated room blocks.

- To receive the discounted room rate, you must first register to attend the 2026 NEI Fall
Congress
- Each attendee may reserve one (1) hotel room at the special rate

To avoid hotel scams, please book directly with the hotel. NEI does not use housing bureaus, and
none are authorized to call on our behalf.
Registration Cancellation/Change Policy for NEI Fall Congress & Pre-Conference
Programs
NEI Fall Congress registration cancellation/change policy supersedes any hotel cancellation or
change policies. NEI’s policies are as follows:
Cancellation requests for your 2026 NEI Fall Congress registration must be received in writing by
emailing
customerservice@neiglobal.com by the
below dates:
- If cancelled by 8/31/26: Full refund
- If cancelled 9/1/26 -10/6/26: Refund minus $100 cancellation fee for NEI Fall
Congress and $40 cancellation fee for any pre-conference programs.
- If cancelled after 10/7/26: No refund
There will be no refunds issued after the conference begins or to no-shows.
To make any changes to your registration, please notify us by phone at (888) 535-5600 (Mon–Fri: 8 am
– 5 pm, PT) or by email at customerservice@neiglobal.com.
NOTE: NEI does not allow registration transfers to future events or to other
individuals.
Transportation Between Hotels and Convention Center
Courtesy shuttles will run to/from the Cheyenne Mountain Resort, the DoubleTree Colorado Springs,
Marriott Properties and The Broadmoor Convention Center during conference hours only.
The shuttle schedule will be released November 1, 2026.
Parking for Conference Attendees
Broadmoor Parking
- Complimentary self-parking is provided for overnight
guests staying within the group block at The Broadmoor
- Day-use guests will be charged the standard parking rate in 2026. Check parking
fees here
