COVID-19 Precautions & Requirements
Health and Safety Precautions
The 2022 NEI Congress is being held November 3–6, 2022 in Colorado Springs, CO and online via our simulcast. By participating in person, attendees agree to follow NEI’s Health and Safety precautions and policies and all policies mandated by the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the federal, state, and local governments.
Our Health and Safety precautions and policies are listed below. We reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures without prior notice given the rapidly changing nature of the pandemic.
Face Mask Policy
We will continue to follow CDC and El Paso County guidelines.
Masks are encouraged but not required for NEI Congress attendees, faculty, vendors, and staff. We will have a limited amount of complimentary face masks at the registration and help desks.
Social Distancing Policy
To the extent possible, we have designed our industry symposia and exhibition hall to allow for social distancing.
Hand Sanitizer Stations
Ample hand sanitizer stations will be available, and we ask attendees to use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting general sessions and the exhibit hall. Lastly, anyone not feeling well should not attend any Congress events, but rather participate in our online simulcast from their hotel room.
A vaccine is not required to register or attend (in-person) NEI Congress or other conference events.
Health and Safety Signage
Signage will be placed throughout the conference space to remind and encourage all attendees to practice social distancing and proper hygiene.
Here’s what our partners/vendors are doing to make sure the 2022 NEI Congress is a socially healthy conference.
