What does my NEI Fall Congress registration include?
In-Person: Your registration includes access to all of the programs that you registered for, breaks with coffee/hot tea and water, Industry Sessions with NEI-provided meals, Poster Session, Exhibit Hall, printed Program Guide. Session slides will be available for download via the conference mobile app.
Attendees can earn maximum CME/CE credits by attending all the sessions offered during Fall Congress plus the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Academy and Pre-Conference Seminar.
Online Simulcast: Your online simulcast registration includes access to the programs that you registered for, Industry Sessions, the NEI Fall Congress Virtual Poster Library, and 30-day on-demand access to the presentations you registered for. Session slides and the Program Guide will be available for download during both the simulcast and the 30 days of on-demand access. A printed syllabus will not be available.
Attendees can earn maximum CME/CE credits by attending all the sessions offered during Fall Congress plus the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Academy and Pre-Conference Seminar. Sessions will be held in Mountain Time (MT).
Policies
Registration and Payment Policy
Registration can only be completed online or by phone at (888) 535-5600, Mon–Fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (PT). Registration is not guaranteed until full payment is received. NEI does not hold reservations with missing or inaccurate information. NEI Fall Congress and the pre-conference programs can sell out, so please register BEFORE making travel/hotel arrangements.
NEI accepts: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or check (made payable to Neuroscience Education Institute). All credit card and bank charges are the registrant's responsibility. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee, which must be paid before registration can be completed.
Switch to Online Simulcast Deadline
If you can no longer attend the conference in person, your registration may be transferred to simulcast by Friday, October 23, 2026. Please see our Cancellation Policy below for cancellation options before this date. Transferring a registration to another event or person is not permitted.

Registration Confirmations
All registrants will receive a confirmation email after their registration has been successfully processed. To view your receipt, log in to your My NEI account and go to your “Order History.” To ensure email delivery, add customerservice@neiglobal.com to your contacts. Call (888) 535-5600 if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for the 2026 NEI Fall Congress must be received in writing by emailing customerservice@neiglobal.com or postmarked by the below dates:
- If cancelled by 8/31/26: Full refund
- If cancelled 9/1/26-10/6/26: Refund minus $100 cancellation fee for NEI Fall Congress and $40 cancellation fee for any pre-conference programs.
- If cancelled after 10/6/26: No refund
There will be no refunds issued after the conference begins or to no-shows. NEI does not allow registration transfers to future NEI events or other individuals.

Admittance Policy for In-Person Registrants
Only paid registrants wearing a conference badge will be allowed into the general session, exhibit hall, and meal rooms. Throughout the conference you will be asked to show your badge to enter these rooms.
Guests: All conference areas, including CME/CE sessions, industry session meals, and the exhibit hall are for registered attendees only. Guests, including children and family members, are not permitted.
Badges are required for entry and will be enforced.
Dietary & Allergen-Free Meals Form
We’re happy to accommodate your allergen-free or diet-specific meals! Please complete the Meal Request Form by October 19, 2026 so we can make sure everything is ready for you. Requests must be made in advance—onsite requests cannot be guaranteed.
- A vegetarian option will be available at all meals.
- Kosher meals are provided by an off-site kosher-certified vendor and require advance notice. Requests made after October 19, 2026 or onsite cannot be guaranteed.
Special Needs
NEI is committed to making its activities accessible to all individuals. If you have special needs as addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and need an accommodation, contact NEI at (888) 535-5600 or customerservice@neiglobal.com.
Animal Policy
Only service animals (for persons with a disability) individually trained to do work or perform tasks related to their owner’s disability will be allowed at NEI Fall Congress. All other animals are prohibited.
Attendees requesting accommodation for a service animal must submit a writing request to customerservice@neiglobal.com to receive pre-approval from NEI management.
