Please note you must first register for 2024 NEI Congress before making a hotel reservation. Your order confirmation number will be required at the time of booking.

Headquarters and Host Hotels

The Broadmoor is the official headquarters hotel for the 2024 NEI Congress. All events will take place at The Broadmoor and in-person check in will be in Bartolin Hall.

Our room blocks at The Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Resort are completely SOLD OUT. Limited rooms are available at the DoubleTree Colorado Springs. In addition, rooms are available at the following hotels.

Reservations

To receive the discounted NEI Congress room rate, you must first register for 2024 Congress. Each conference attendee may reserve one (1) hotel room at the special rate.

Please note that NEI will provide shuttle service to and from these hotels to The Broadmoor during conference hours.

To avoid hotel scams, please book directly with the hotel. NEI does not use housing bureaus, and none are authorized to call on our behalf.

NEI Congress conference registration cancellation/change policy
This cancelation policy solely applies to registration for the conference. NEI Congress cancellation/change policy supersedes any hotel cancellation or change policies. NEI’s policies are as follows for the conference registration:

Cancellation requests for 2024 NEI Congress registration fees must be received in writing by emailing customerservice@neiglobal.com (or via mail postmarked) by the below dates:

• If cancelled by 9/2/24: Full refund
• If cancelled 9/3/24 -10/7/24: Refund minus $100 cancellation fee for NEI Congress and $40 cancellation fee for any pre-conference programs.
• If cancelled after 10/7/24: No refund

There will be no refunds issued after the conference begins or to no-shows.

NOTE: NEI does not allow registration transfers to future events or to other individuals.

Transportation Between Hotels and Convention Center
Courtesy shuttles will run to/from the host hotels during conference hours only.

The shuttle schedule will be released October 1, 2024.

Parking for Conference Attendees
Broadmoor guests: Complimentary self-parking is available for overnight guests staying at the Broadmoor during Conference dates. Make sure to show your meeting badge to the parking garage attendant.
Broadmoor daily visitors: The daily charge begins at $5 per half hour, with a maximum daily charge of $30. (subject to change)

Cheyenne guests: Parking at the Cheyenne (self or valet) is included as part of the resort fee.

DoubleTree Colorado: Complimentary self-parking at the DoubleTree is available.

Courtyard Colorado Springs South, Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs South, Residence Inn Colorado Springs South: Complimentary self-parking is available at all of these hotels.
