Most parts of the Master Psychopharmacology Program offer CME credit. Completion of all requirements for the program is not associated with additional CME credit.
- The Self-Assessments offer CME credit (amount varies per topic). Total credits for the set of 10 Self-Assessments is 16.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
- The Learning Activities offer CME credit (amount varies per activity).
- The Final Exam does not offer CME credit.
||The Neuroscience Education Institute (NEI) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
NEI designates the 10 Self-Assessments and Learning Activities for (see above) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit ™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. A posttest score of 70% or higher is required to receive CME credit.
|ABPN – Maintenance of Certification (MOC)
The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) has reviewed NEI's "Master Psychopharmacology Program Self-Assessments, 2021-2023 Edition" online activity and has approved this program as part of a comprehensive lifelong learning and self-assessment program, which is mandated by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) as a necessary component of maintenance of certification. This activity awards 16.0 Self-Assessment Category 1 CME credits.
