Registration and Payment Policy
Registration for the virtual option is only available online or by phone (888.535.5600). NEI does not guarantee or hold reservations.
NEI accepts: American Express, VISA, MasterCard. All credit card and bank charges are the registrant's responsibility.
All registrants will receive a confirmation email after the order has been successfully processed. To view your receipt, log in to your NEI account and go to your “Order History.” To ensure email delivery, add CustomerService@neiglobal.com to your contacts. Call (888) 535-5600 if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation and Refund Deadlines
If cancelled by 9/1/20: Full refund
If cancelled 9/2/20-10/13/20: Refund minus $100 cancellation fee
If cancelled on or after 10/14/20: No refund
There will be no refunds issued to no-shows. NEI does not allow registration transfers to future NEI meetings or other individuals.

Do group attendees need individual registrations?
Yes. Each attendee must have a registration in order to claim their CME certificate.
Why is virtual registration not free?
Registration is not offered at a lower cost due to the many financial commitments NEI has in place with vendors, speakers, and the Broadmoor Hotel. Flying speakers, getting a professional virtual crew (for an exceptional user experience), and having an amazing, yet lean, stage for the best virtual presentation are all part of the virtual registration fee.
Non-CME Sessions (Product Theaters or Disease State Sessions), which are supported by pharmaceutical companies, can be viewed for free.
