nei Virtual Access

If you can’t attend in person, attend virtually!

We understand there are many reasons why you may not be able to attend NEI Max! or the pre-meetings in-person, so we are offering a virtual option—the only travel required will be to your computer!

Each event requires a separate registration fee. Your registration fee is the license to view the content under your account only.

Please note: Whether you choose the in-person or virtual event option when you initially register, that registration will automatically give you the option of attending or viewing via the alternate method at no additional cost. For example, if you buy the in-person option now and later decide to attend via the virtual event, that is fine. If you buy the virtual option now and later decide to attend in-person, that is fine too! We want to give you the maximum flexibility to attend in a way that works best for you. If you would like to swap, please send an email to customer service at and indicate that you would like to swap.

Do group attendees need individual registrations?
Yes. Each attendee must have a registration in order to claim their CME certificate.

Why is virtual registration not free?
Registration is not offered at a lower cost due to the many financial commitments NEI has in place with vendors, speakers, and the Broadmoor Hotel. Flying speakers, getting a professional virtual crew (for an exceptional user experience), and having an amazing, yet lean, stage for the best virtual presentation are all part of the virtual registration fee.

Non-CME Sessions (Product Theaters or Disease State Sessions), which are supported by pharmaceutical companies, can be viewed for free.
