Cancellation and refund policy
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations that are received by September 2, 2019. Cancellations received after this date will incur a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations received after October 14, 2019 nor will they be issued to no-shows.
All processed registrations will receive an emailed confirmation within 1–3 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within that time, call NEI Customer Service at (888) 535-5600 or log in to you NEI account and view “Order History.”
Full payment is required at the time of registration. Any registration completed onsite will be charged an additional $100 on top of the standard rate and you will not be guaranteed to receive event materials. NEI accepts: American Express, VISA, MasterCard or check (payable to Neuroscience Education Institute). All credit card and bank charges are the registrant's responsibility. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee, which must be paid before registration can be completed.
Only paid registrants wearing a conference badge will be allowed into general session and meal rooms. Throughout the conference you will be asked to show your badge to enter these rooms.
Vegetarian Meals and Food Allergies
A vegetarian option will be available at all meals. If you have a food allergy, complete the online allergy form by November 1, 2019 to ensure an allergen-free meal is available for you onsite.
Kosher meal requests
It is our pleasure to arrange kosher meals for attendees. Since these meals are brought in from an off-site Kosher-certified vendor, there is an additional cost associated with each meal. To help attendees financially, NEI will cover a portion of the cost. Requests must be submitted by November 1, 2019.
