General FAQs

Do I have to check in each morning?
No. After your initial log-in you will not need to check in again.

How do I claim my CME/CE credits and get my certificate?
Shortly after the entire conference ends, attendees will receive an email with a link to an overall online evaluation. At the end of the evaluation, attendees can claim credits and print their certificate.

How many CME/CE credits can I earn at the 2022 conference?
Credits available: 18.0

Which credit types can I earn?
The following are being offered for this activity:

  • Nurse Practitioner (ANCC): contact hours
  • Pharmacy (ACPE): practice-based contact hours
  • Physician (ACCME): AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
  • Physician Assistant (AAPA): Category 1 CME credits
  • Psychology (APA): CE credits for psychologists
  • Social Work (ASWB-ACE): ACE CE credits
  • Non-Physician Member of the Healthcare Team: Certificate of Participation stating the program is designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits
  • Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE): credit for learning and change

What are the Sessions Evaluation emails I'm receiving each evening?
All attendees will receive a nightly email with a link to an online evaluation covering the CME sessions for that day. NOTE: on Sunday you will also receive a 2nd email with a link to the conference overall evaluation and credits/certificate.

What if I did not receive a daily Sessions Evaluation email or answer some of the session polling questions? Will that affect how many CME/CE credits I can claim?
No. While we very much appreciate the feedback, answering the polling questions or sessions evaluation questions is not required to claim CME/CE credits.

Is there a list of conference attendees?
Visit the Social Lounge to see attendees and whether they are currently online (green circle). Simply click the "Social Lounge" tab in the navigation bar.

Are the focuser videos from the conference available online?
Yes. Most of NEI's focusers can be viewed through the NEI Learn app or on our YouTube channel (search for “NEI Psychopharm”). Make sure to subscribe to NEI's YouTube channel to get notifications each time a video is added.

How do I fix connection issues: video freezing, audio problems, etc?
Please try refreshing the video (button immediately below video), exiting and reentering the session, or reloading the browser page. If you continue to have issues, try clicking on the gear icon in the bottom right of the screen and adjusting your video setting to a lower number. Also check to make sure that no ad blockers are turned on.

Slido issue: what is the event code?
There is no code needed to answer the poll questions. Please make sure that you have allowed cookies and are not using an Incognito browser. To remove the event code request, follow this link to test your settings to verify that you do not have a firewall that is blocking Slido: “https://checkme.sli.do/” NOTE: If you clicked “block” cookies on initial opening; you can (in Chrome) click the 3 dots at top right > Settings > Cookies and other site data > *check* “Allow all cookies”

Why are the on screen agenda times different than what is in my printed Program Guide?
The Program Guide times are listed in Central Time (CT) and the onscreen agenda times default to your computer's time zone. If you want your onscreen times to match what is in the printed Program Guide: open the agenda by clicking the "Sessions Live" tab, click "CHANGE" next to your current time zone (top left) and select "US/Central".
