Overview: The 2008 NEI Psychopharmacology Academies address clinically relevant advances in the research, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders including psychosis, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, treatment-resistant depression, comorbid psychiatric cases, and other clinical areas. The Academies bring to light the latest scientific and clinical evidence through a combination of lecture, animations, and case studies in order to arm participants with the tools they need to practice the art of diagnosing and treating mental illness in the twenty-first century. |
